Participate in community mindfulness practices organized by The Global Collective or on your own.
Here are some tips on how to engage your mindfulness practices:
1. Dream and Envision
- Take time to dream, envision, and re-imagine the world you want to see.
- Set intentions to experience and achieve this new world.
2. Connect with Oneness
- Reflect on your connection with consciousness, humanity, nature, and the cosmos.
- Embrace the essence of interconnectedness among all beings.
3. Transform Challenges into Vision
- Recognize the unwanted experiences in the world and let them inspire a vision for what we wish to create.
4. Mindfulness Practice
- Engage with us in a mindfulness practice for 1 minute, 11 minutes, or 111 minutes. Choose any amount of time that works for you, the goal is to emphasize oneness.
- Practice Ideas: Breathwork: Meditation: Journaling: Yoga: Art: Dancing: Singing: Being in nature; play space for children and adults.
5. Be Present and Enjoy
- Take this time to be fully present and enjoy the experience.
